The structure is built in a 2.11 acre land and the bronze life size statue of Abdul Kalam, which was inaugurated in 2016, has been shifted and installed behind the memorial. Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has come forward to build a memorial over the tomb of former President A.P.J. The Prime Minister will unveil a statue of Dr. Abdul Kalam, and offer floral tributes. It showcases the life of India’s Former President Dr. Kalam.
