Roth serves as the principle adviser to the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force on financial matters. Mr. Roth performed the duties of the Undersecretary of Defense (Comptroller) and Chief Financial Officer. All of Air Force capability depends on FM's ability to deliver.
